The A89301 is a 3-phase, sensorless BLDC motor controller with integrated gate drivers and a code-free FOC algorithm for quiet, efficient operation. It supports 5.5–50 V operation and offers analog, PWM, or clock input speed control with optional closed-loop feedback. A built-in I²C interface enables easy configuration of motor parameters and real-time monitoring. Key features include Soft-On/Soft-Off, non-reverse startup, adjustable gate drive, and full protection—OCP, thermal shutdown, lock detect, and UVLO. Packaged in a compact 4×4 mm 24-pin QFN, the A89301 delivers high performance and low noise for fans, pumps, and compact motor systems.
