48V Sensorless Code-Free FOC BLDC Motor Controller with Integrated Gate Driver
The A89333 is a 3-phase, sensorless BLDC motor controller that includes built-in gate drivers and a smart, code-free FOC (Field-Oriented Control) algorithm for smooth, quiet, and efficient motor operation. It works from a 7 V to 40 V supply and supports multiple speed control methods such as analog voltage, PWM signal, or clock input. The device can also be fully configured and monitored through an I²C interface. It features an internal buck regulator for better power efficiency, soft startup options, and advanced modes like windmill and non-reverse startup. The A89333 includes full protection features such as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, thermal shutdown, and lock detection. It also offers adjustable gate-drive strength, power-loss braking, and on-chip memory to store settings. Housed in a compact 4 × 4 mm 28-pin QFN package, the A89333 provides high performance, low noise, and reliable operation for small motors used in fans, pumps, and other cooling or motion systems.
