The ACS37220 is a high-precision, factory-calibrated integrated current sensor designed for automotive and industrial applications requiring fast, accurate current measurement up to ±200 A. Housed in a compact 7-pin QFN package (4 mm × 4 mm), the device offers ultra-low internal conductor resistance (<100 μΩ) and differential Hall-effect sensing for excellent common-mode magnetic field rejection. It supports both 3.3 V and 5 V supply options, with sensitivity ranging from 10 to 20 mV/A depending on the model. The sensor outputs an analog voltage proportional to the measured current and features a configurable overcurrent fault (OCF) output for enhanced system protection. With a bandwidth of 150 kHz and response time under 4 µs, it's optimized for high-speed control applications. Designed to operate from –40°C to 150°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 0), the ACS37220 is ideal for high-efficiency, space-constrained systems requiring reliable current sensing with robust electrical isolation (100 VRMS).

The A33230 is a high-accuracy 3D Hall-effect sensor IC that delivers sine and cosine analog outputs for precise angular position detection across XY, XZ, or YZ planes. Integrated vertical and planar Hall elements ensure 90° phase separation independent of air gap or pole spacing, while selectable sensitivities (300 G or 1000 G) support a wide magnetic operating range. It operates from a 5 V supply with low output current and offers up to 12-bit angle resolution, low native angle error (±2.2° typical), and rapid response time (6.7 µs). Packaged in a compact 5-pin SOT23-W, the A33230 is AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualified for use in automotive and industrial position-sensing systems . The CT310 is a high-resolution 2D TMR angle sensor featuring differential SIN and COS outputs derived from orthogonal TMR full-bridge structures. It achieves angle error below 0.60° over the full temperature range after a one-time calibration. Operating across a wide magnetic field range (250–900 G), the sensor supports a supply voltage from 1.0 V to 5.5 V and provides low-noise, high-synchronization outputs ideal for BLDC motor control, rotary encoders, and precision angular measurement. Available in both 8-lead TSSOP and ultra-compact 2×2 mm DFN packages, the CT310 meets AEC-Q100 Grade 0 requirements .
